Responsibilities include training associates, supervising the floor, managing reservations and inventory, maintaining facility standards, and delivering elevated guest service. Responsibilities Prepare the tasting room for opening and closing and maintain a clean, orderly facility. Present and pour wines, lead tours, and educate guests about wines, the winery and its history. Promote wine, events, tours and memberships while delivering elevated guest service. Train associates and support staff, and supervise the floor when managers are absent. Manage reservations, floor operations, POS transactions, merchandise and wine inventory. Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with servers, bussers and hosts.
