Perris, CA About the Role Biz-E-Bee Plumbing & Rooter is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to run the daily back-of-house for our growing home services company. This is the general-manager seat that keeps calls answered, vendors paid, customers billed, and our brand visible online. If you are the person who quietly builds systems so things stop falling through the cracks, we want to talk. What You'll Do Manage call flow and dispatch coordination Own vendor accounts payable — track invoices, process payments, reconcile supply house accounts Run customer accounts receivable — invoice completed jobs, follow up on collections, report weekly Post and manage our Facebook and Instagram presence Serve as the operational anchor of the office What We're Looking For 3+ years in operations, office management, or a general manager role (home services or trades a big plus) Comfortable owning both AP and AR Strong communicator, organized, and calm under pressure Proficient with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Meta Business Suite Experience with Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Compensation & Benefits $75K
