Job Summary D'Agostini Wines is looking for a warm, organized, and motivated person to join our team in a key customer-facing role. This position will work across our tasting room, wine club, events, and direct-to-consumer operations, helping us create the kind of welcoming, personal experience our customers and club members have come to expect from our family winery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality but is also interested in taking on more responsibility behind the scenes. For the right person, we would love to see this role grow into a management position as they become familiar with our business and take greater ownership of our DTC operations. What You'll DoTasting Room & Customer Experience Welcome guests and guide them through wine tastings in a friendly, approachable way Help customers select wines and make purchases without creating a high-pressure sales environment Build relationships with returning customers and wine club members Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and general tasting room operations Help maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming tasting room Wine Club & Member Relationships Assist with wine club releases, pickups, shipments, and member communications Help manage club member signups, questions, account updates, order changes, and other needs Develop relationships with club members and help make their experience feel personal Support member retention and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement with the club Assist with planning and executing wine club pickup events and other member experiences Direct-to-Consumer Operations Assist with day-to-day DTC management, including customer orders, online orders, pickup orders, and fulfillment Help maintain customer and club records in our POS and wine club systems Assist with inventory coordination and tasting room merchandising Support DTC sales initiatives and promotions Help track tasting room and DTC performance and identify opportunities for improvement Events Assist with winery events, including setup, guest service, breakdown, and coordination Help execute our recurring events and special winery gatherings Work occasional evenings or extended hours when events require them We're Looking for Someone Who Is Naturally warm, friendly, and comfortable talking with people Organized and able to keep track of multiple moving parts Reliable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities A strong communicator, both in person and in writing Detail-oriented, especially when working with customer accounts and orders Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and learning new software Able to work independently while also being part of a small team Interested in learning the business beyond the tasting room Comfortable giving and receiving feedback Excited about the possibility of growing into a larger leadership role Wine knowledge is helpful, but it is not the most important thing to us. We can teach wine. We are much more interested in finding someone who is personable, dependable, curious, organized, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Schedule This position will average approximately 30-40 hours per week . Weekend availability is required, along with occasional evenings for winery events. The schedule will include both customer-facing tasting room shifts and dedicated time for wine club, DTC, event, and administrative responsibilities. Compensation:
