RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team. Oversee Front Desk, Kids Klub, Housekeeping, and Facility Operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. Ensure the club consistently meets company standards for friendliness, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and presentation. Manage team schedules, labor efficiency, and operational resources. Order and maintain inventory of club supplies, janitorial products, and operational equipment. Conduct routine club inspections and proactively address facility and maintenance needs. Partner with department managers to drive club performance, maintain operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional member experience. Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve club goals and business objectives. Develop team members through coaching, accountability, and ongoing training. Resolve member concerns professionally and ensure a positive outcome whenever possible. Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment. Ensure operational policies, procedures, and company standards are consistently followed. Support membership retention by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment. Take ownership of club operations and step in wherever needed to support the team. Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas that drive club growth and success. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership or management experience preferred in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-related industries. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proven ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organizational skills and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed. Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career with Fitness International.

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
