$200 - $300 per day About Prologics Prologics is a FedEx Ground service provider committed to reliable, on-time package delivery. We are growing our operations team and are looking for a capable Operations Manager to lead daily route activity in the Tracy area. Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of delivery operations, including route planning, driver oversight, and service performance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily delivery operations and ensure routes are dispatched and completed on schedule Assign, monitor, and adjust routes based on volume, driver availability, and service needs Supervise, coach, and support delivery drivers to maintain safety and performance standards Meet or exceed FedEx Ground service-level and on-time delivery targets Monitor route performance, resolve delivery issues, and respond to customer concerns Ensure compliance with company policies, FedEx Ground standards, and all safety regulations Coordinate vehicle readiness, package flow, and end-of-day reconciliation Maintain accurate records and provide regular operational reports to leadership

Qualifications Required:

2 to 5 years of experience managing delivery routes or similar logistics operations Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of drivers Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, as operations require

Preferred:
