Overview The primary role of this position is to provide a framework to develop and distribute standardized procedures to the Bank's Tellers and Customer Service Representatives. The goal being to create and maintain efficient and uniform practices bank wide with the end goal of propagating a high level of customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for the implementation of Management's philosophies of the Bank's retail operations.

Essential job duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate with CSR's and Head Tellers / Lobby Supervisors in all branches with the goal of assisting CSR's in providing an excellent customer experience in an efficient and confident manner. Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiencies of processes for Tellers and Customer Service Reps on a bank wide scale. Work to structure, implement and maintain consistency of account opening procedures, forms and teller transactions on a bank wide scale. Compile and issue training information and written procedures and instructions for account opening and teller transactions. Coordinate training for Tellers and CSR's bank wide. Work to assure the CSR's are fully engaged and knowledgeable in their product offerings, whether new or existing products. Work as a liaison between the lobbies, e-services and the operations department for consistency and efficiency. Assist with addressing customer complaints, especially higher level complaints. Review daily reports and advise management of any issues or concerns with depository customers, trends, or products. Review operations reports and advise management of ideas for increased profits or efficiencies. Implement and maintain procedures resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction with teller and customer service rep interactions. Periodically review with Management and Compliance/BSA personnel procedures and materials to be used in retail operations. Other duties as assigned

Necessary Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous banking experience required Experience with higher level customer service Ability to coordinate and share knowledge with co-workers without being their supervisor Tendency toward problem solving through curiosity and ability to research Ability to display patience and keep emotions in check Willingness to work independently and without supervision Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility

Additional Requirement:

Position requires weekly commuting between branches; therefore, reliable transportation is a must.

Pay:

$62,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
