Civil Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee daily field operations across civil construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction practices, and the ability to effectively manage crews, equipment, subcontractors, safety, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and field operations. Direct field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards. Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project schedules. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce established safety policies and procedures. Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, production, and overall project progress. Coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other project stakeholders. Identify field issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate daily reports, production records, and project documentation. Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards. Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of upcoming field activities.

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction supervision experience. Experience in civil, utility, solar, substation, or related infrastructure construction preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and field operations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Proven ability to lead and coordinate field crews and subcontractors. Strong understanding of construction safety practices and requirements. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced field environment. Valid driver's license required. Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as needed.
