Qualifications Proven experience in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various power tools and hand tools. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent Benefits!
