$16.00 per hour Work setting: In person About the role Tenthirtythree is seeking a polished, dependable, detail-oriented Studio Experience & Operations Coordinator (Front Desk) to be the face of our boutique Pilates and wellness studio. This is a hands-on, full-time front-of-house operations role. You will welcome clients, provide basic client assistance, process purchases and checkout, assist with retail, and help ensure every part of the studio is clean, organized, stocked, reset, and presentation-ready throughout the day. This is not a desk-only receptionist position . Cleaning, organizing, folding, restocking, resetting spaces, and completing detailed daily checklists are essential, ongoing responsibilities of every shift. The right person notices details without being asked, takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful environment, and understands that reliable daily coverage is critical to the studio and client experience. Schedule requirement This is a fixed, full-time weekday role: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM 40 hours per week In person in Bay Harbor Islands, FL No weekend shifts required at this time Applicants must be able to reliably maintain this schedule, arrive on time every day, and have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Warmly greet clients, guests, and prospective clients; create an elevated, welcoming, and professional first impression. Answer phones and respond to basic client questions in a warm, accurate, professional manner. Process retail purchases, services, packages, and approved checkout transactions through the studio's systems. Learn and follow studio procedures for basic booking, cancellation, and account-support requests when directed; escalate exceptions, disputes, client-account concerns, and requests outside established procedures to management. Communicate client questions, billing concerns, and potential account issues promptly and accurately to management. Support retail sales by maintaining product knowledge, organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and assisting clients with thoughtful recommendations. Maintain the front desk, lobby, retail displays, bathrooms, client-facing spaces, and common areas so they remain clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day. Complete opening, midday, and closing cleaning, reset, organization, and operational checklists. Sanitize surfaces; fold and restock towels and supplies; restock client amenities; organize storage areas; empty trash; and proactively address messes, clutter, low supplies, or presentation issues. Keep retail back-stock, supply closets, cabinets, drawers, and workspaces orderly and easy to maintain. Communicate promptly with management about supply needs, maintenance issues, and studio priorities. Support instructors and the team by helping ensure the studio is prepared for clients and services throughout the day. Follow studio procedures, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive, calm, team-oriented environment. This role follows established studio procedures and does not independently make exceptions, refunds, account adjustments, or changes outside assigned front-desk permissions. Required qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to consistently work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Excellent customer-service and communication skills, in person and by phone. A warm, polished, professional presence and strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning and accurately using front-desk technology, including point-of-sale, checkout, basic booking functions, email, and text communication; able to follow written procedures and escalate questions when needed. Comfortable with retail sales and making thoughtful recommendations. Strong organization, follow-through, time management, and ability to multitask. Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the studio during the day. Comfortable completing recurring cleaning, sanitizing, folding, restocking, organizing, and reset tasks as a core part of the role. Ability to bend, reach, carry supplies, and perform routine physical studio-care tasks. Ability to work well while alone. Reliable transportation to Bay Harbor Islands. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Professional presentation Because this is a highly client-facing role in an elevated boutique wellness setting, team members are expected to maintain a clean, polished, professional appearance and follow the studio's dress and grooming standards. Clothing must be clean, properly fitted, non-revealing, and free of offensive graphics or messaging. Visible facial tattoos and facial piercings are not permitted during working hours; other visible tattoos may need to be covered.
