The Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leaders, and executing the vision of the Operator. This role oversees daily restaurant operations while building high-performance teams rooted in Chick-fil-A's values, systems, and culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across Drive-Thru, Front of House, and Back of House. Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and 80-100+ team members. Drive performance through systems, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure operational excellence in speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality. Lead labor management, food cost stewardship, and profitability strategies. Maintain uncompromising Food Safety standards. Support leadership development pathways and training plans. Foster a positive, high-performance culture. Willingness to step into operational roles as needed to support the team. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience

REQUIRED.

Proven success in high-volume operations leadership. Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making ability. High level of integrity, ownership, and responsibility. Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability coaching skills. Must be able to work 45-50 hours per week with open availability (Includes occasional Sunday leadership meetings/training sessions) ServSafe Certification required (or willing to obtain within 30 days) High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
