We also provide custom T shirts, embroidery, screen printing, and other apparel services. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help oversee and improve the day to day operations of our business. This person will play a major role in keeping orders organized, managing employees, coordinating with our overseas manufacturing team, improving workflow, and helping our company continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily business operations and workflow Oversee customer orders from approval through production and delivery Communicate with and manage our overseas factory and production team Track production timelines and help prevent delays or errors Manage, train, and support employees Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members Assign responsibilities and make sure tasks are completed correctly and on time Improve systems and processes to make the company more organized and efficient Help manage inventory, order information, production details, and deadlines Identify operational problems and create practical solutions Work closely with ownership and other team members on company growth

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in operations, management, manufacturing, apparel, logistics, or a related field is strongly preferred Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple orders, employees, and deadlines at the same time Strong problem solving skills Comfortable communicating with overseas vendors and manufacturing teams Detail oriented and able to catch mistakes before they become larger problems Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Experience with hiring and employee management is preferred Experience in the sports apparel, custom apparel, printing, embroidery, or uniform industry is a plus
