• 5:00 PM; weekend check ins as needed

On-Call Rotation:

Every 4 weeks

Renewed Horizons is looking for a motivated and compassionate Staff Supervisor to lead our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role is perfect for someone who loves mentoring others, solving problems, and helping people grow — both our staff and the adults with disabilities we serve. You'll play a critical role in scheduling, staff support, training, and helping ensure our homes run smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do:

Create and maintain staff schedules for multiple locations Provide training and guidance for new DSPs ‍ Offer mentorship and real-time coaching for staff Help solve day-to-day issues as they arise in homes Have supportive conversations to encourage professional growth Fill in and work DSP shifts as needed to ensure coverage Participate in an on-call rotation every 4 weeks Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and care standards

What You'll Need:

✔ Must be 18 years or older ✔ Previous DSP or related care experience required ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔ Valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable transportation ✔ Must pass a background check ✔ Leadership or supervisory experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person!
