The team is counting on a calm, organized partner to keep things moving, share updates, and help new ideas take root. As our Team Operations Liaison, that's you. Your Mission Support the success of our night crew by coordinating tasks, encouraging collaboration, and making sure everyone has what they need to deliver great work. You'll help translate management strategies into clear steps and keep the workflow humming. What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day operations so the shift runs smoothly. Work closely with teammates to reach project and shift goals. Strengthen a positive, productive work atmosphere. Support managers introducing new processes and improvements. Join team huddles and bring forward ideas to enhance performance. Handle administrative responsibilities that keep the team organized. What You Need to Bring High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools. Strong attention to detail and organization. Experience in a similar position preferred, not required.
