Role Summary The Multi-Site Service Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations across multiple communities, ensuring the long-term preservation, safety, performance, and financial success of each asset. This role oversees preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations, budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and operational standards while driving resident satisfaction and protecting property value. As a strategic leader, the Multi-Site Service Manager develops and mentors maintenance teams, promotes accountability and consistency across the portfolio, and partners with Property Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, and ownership to achieve company objectives. Success is measured through asset condition, budget performance, service delivery, team development, safety compliance, project execution, and overall portfolio maintenance performance.
