Key Responsibilities - Floor Supervisor 1. Operations & Service Excellence Support daily front-of-house operations during service, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Supervise and assist servers, hosts, and support staff during peak shifts. Maintain floor presence, assisting with guest recovery and service quality. Communicate effectively between the front- and back-of-house teams. Uphold restaurant standards for hospitality, presentation, and cleanliness. 2. Financial Management & Performance Assist in opening and closing duties as directed by the management team. Assist in labor cost management by monitoring length of hourly staff shifts 3. People Leadership & Development Participate in ongoing leadership and service training sessions (pre-shifts, department meetings). Model professionalism, teamwork, and accountability for the entire staff. 4. Private Dining, Catering & Event Expansion Support Private Events Management team by answering/returning event inquiry calls and forwarding relevant information Provide general information to guests inquiring about our private events or catering programs

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
