Job Details Full Time Weekdays, weekends as needed Jeanerette, LA Full Job Description The operations supervisor roll is a full-time position. The operations supervisor reports directly to the general manager and provides daily leadership and oversight of operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production while meeting quality, productivity, and operational goals. Responsibilities include working closely with the production superintendent, estimating costs of projects, scheduling, workflow, and fostering teamwork within the organization. Necessary skills include knowledge of and implementation of great customer service and good communication skills both written and verbal. Responsibilities

• Use of AutoCAD to create detailed technical drawings and blueprint models with high precision
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and timely
• Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services
• Participate in quality meetings with customers and improve performance with action plans
• Maintain safe work environment
• Report directly to general manager
• Work closely with production superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of projects
• Coordinate workflow, identify priorities, and timely delivery of products
• Accurate project cost estimates and track deliveries Qualifications
• Degree in Industrial Technology (preferred)
• Experience with AutoCAD (preferred)
• 3-5 years' experience in sales, cost estimates and customer relations
• Previous supervisory, foreman, or management experience (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with scheduling and internal communications
• Good organizational and communication skills
