Overview Our Director of Operations helps set up, run, and pack up school fun run events to make sure participants have a safe and fun experience.

Event-based (during school days - off during summer months)

Reports To:

VP Marketing and Events Location:

On-site at race venues, registration tents, and course routes

Key Responsibilities Event Setup:

Arrive early to help set up start/finish line arches, inflatables, tents registration tables, and water stations.

Participant Support:

Welcome runners, assist during fun run events

Course Monitoring:

Act as a course marshal to direct runners, cheer participants on, and ensure safety along the route.

Event Tear-Down:

Pack up equipment, load gear into trucks, and leave the venue clean

Skills and Qualifications High Energy:

A positive, outgoing, and fun personality to motivate runners of all ages.

Communication Skills:

Clear speaking voice and friendly attitude for answering guest questions.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long hours, walk outdoors, and lift heavy weights

Teamwork:

Willingness to pitch in wherever needed, from heavy lifting to handing out snacks.

Pay:

$48,500.00 - $50,200.00 per year
