Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive daily operations for a multi-million-dollar dental practice.
• Collaborate with ownership to formulate and implement strategic business growth initiatives.
• Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and accountability frameworks.
• Innovate and enhance workflows across scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, and communication.
• Analyze data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and monitor results.
• Foster a high-performance culture through transparent communication and measurable goals.
• Mentor department leads, promoting seamless cross-team collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000, based on experience.
