The Successful Applicant This Successful Operations Manager will have: 5+ years of medical device manufacturing management experience. Medical device industry background required. Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience. Experience within ISO 13485-regulated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of FDA Quality Systems, CAPA, DHF, DMR, and DHR requirements. Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional operations teams. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Electro-mechanical medical device experience preferred.
