Reporting to the Business Assurance Sales Manager, the Senior Strategic Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding strategic enterprise accounts within TUV SUD's Business Assurance Division. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and developing long-term partnerships with large national and global organizations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while working across TUV SUD service lines to increase market share, expand share of wallet, and support sustainable enterprise growth. Your Tasks Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted enterprise organizations, including multi-year growth strategies designed to expand TUV SUD's share of wallet across management system certification and related Business Assurance services.

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry events, referrals, market intelligence, and other self-sourced business development activities.

Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders across procurement, quality, sustainability, cybersecurity, environmental, operations, and other relevant functions within complex customer organizations.

Identify competitive takeaway and customer transition opportunities from existing certification providers and lead complex sales pursuits involving multiple service lines, regions, stakeholders, and buying centers.

Lead large RFQs, RFPs, strategic proposals, and multi-site opportunities while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Technical Management, Marketing, Business Development, and other internal teams to support successful customer acquisition and implementation.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities sufficient to achieve annual growth targets while ensuring accurate opportunity management, sales activity documentation, and forecasting within CRM systems.

Represent TUV SUD at customer meetings, industry associations, conferences, and trade events while ensuring sales activities comply with applicable TUV SUD procedures, accreditation requirements, and certification scheme rules. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of business-to-business sales experience, with demonstrated success developing, negotiating, and closing large enterprise opportunities.

Experience selling management system certification, auditing, testing, inspection, compliance, or related professional services; experience within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry is preferred.

Proven ability to generate and develop self-sourced opportunities and navigate complex organizations involving multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and buying centers.

Strong strategic account planning, business development, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive communication skills.

Experience leading enterprise RFPs, multi-site certification pursuits, and/or managing global or multi-regional customer relationships is preferred.

Experience supporting customers within industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, cybersecurity, sustainability, or supply chain, along with experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting. Additional Information Travel is required as necessary to support customer development, strategic account activities, industry events, and customer meetings.

This role may support national and global customers and requires effective collaboration across multiple TUV SUD regions, business units, and service lines.

All sales activities must be conducted in accordance with applicable TUV SUD procedures, accreditation requirements, and certification scheme rules.
