2987135312-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Leidos is seeking a JBAB Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations and service delivery for mission-critical environments at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. In this role, you will oversee support teams, coordinate infrastructure and application services, manage incident and change processes, and ensure SLAs and security requirements are met for government customers. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, manage vendors, support audits, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.
