$60,000 - $72,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and service operations of a growing Mechanical Contractor. This position will work closely with leadership and field operations, helping coordinate service activity while handling key administrative functions including AP/AR, invoicing, documentation, and scheduling. The ideal candidate has experience working for an HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, or related Skilled Trades contractor and understands the fast-paced nature of a service-driven environment.

MUST HAVE

Experience working for an HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, or related Skilled Trades contractor AP/AR, invoicing, billing, or related accounting support experience Service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or field operations support experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable communicating with technicians, vendors, customers, and leadership

NICE TO HAVE
