Job Description

The Club Director will help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where youth and staff can thrive. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day Club operations, supporting program and service delivery, supervising and developing staff, managing facilities, building positive community relationships, supporting membership growth, and assisting with budget administration This is a part-time leadership position supporting the daily operations of Calvert Elementary School Clubhouse, Tuesday-Thursday, from 2-6pm, and up to 25 hours per week. The position will also provide support for the Bayside Clubhouse on Mondays and Fridays (as needed).

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
