- Oversee all investment castings operations, encompassing manufacturing planning, execution, lean initiatives, KPIs, and safety programs
- Directly manage a team of 3-6 Production Managers, providing leadership and strategic direction
- Drive production performance and develop strategic plans aligned with the Plant Manager's objectives
- Champion lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement across operations Key Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy manufacturing environments
