Role Objective The main objective of the Field Support Manager is to lead and develop Bonfe's Field Support team while overseeing the warehouse, inventory, distribution, and fleet functions that help our technicians succeed. A major focus of this role is building a strong pipeline of future technicians by coaching employees, developing their skills, setting clear expectations, and helping them prepare for long-term careers in the trades. The Field Support Manager will establish, implement, and monitor warehouse standards and procedures. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on, people-first leader who is passionate about developing employees while maintaining organized, safe, and efficient support operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective inventory management, timely distribution, and adherence to safety protocols. Utilize Service Titan software for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis. Conduct consistent 1:1s and L10 meetings with team members to ensure open communication, offer support, and address any challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations and fulfill company-wide objectives. Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs, ensuring constant improvement in warehouse efficiency and productivity. Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage and oversee the company's fleet, ensuring regular maintenance, safety compliance, and efficient allocation and utilization of vehicles. Lead, mentor, and develop a strong team of Field Support employees, creating clear development paths and preparing high-potential employees for future technician opportunities. Talents and Skills Required Strong organizational, leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Proven ability to conduct effective team meetings and 1:1s. Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, and fleet support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Expectations and Experience Minimum of 3 years of people-leadership experience in home services, skilled trades, field operations, warehouse operations, or related environment. Experience in the home service industry or skilled trades is strongly preferred. Proven track record of coaching employees, building accountability, and helping team members grow into greater responsibility. Experience using operational or inventory-management software; ServiceTitan experience is preferred.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
