OPERATIONS MANAGER Westside Liquor | Full-Time | Waite Park Location | Operations + Marketing Are you an organized, creative multitasker who enjoys both keeping things running smoothly and bringing ideas to life? Join our team as Operations Manager at Westside Liquor! This is a varied, hands-on role that combines business operations, advertising, and marketing. You'll work across all 8 Westside Liquor locations and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how we operate and connect with our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operations Support day-to-day operations across all 8 locations Enter and update product inventory and pricing, including tobacco Create weekly ad drafts and sales worksheets Handle HR tasks, including onboarding paperwork Work with store managers and employees to help keep operations running smoothly Assist with administrative projects and company-wide initiatives Advertising & Marketing Manage and create content for company social media channels Design flyers, promotional materials, and digital graphics Help maintain and update the company website Create marketing materials for events, promotions, and store initiatives Assist with planning and promoting events and sales Help develop creative ideas and campaigns that support the Westside Liquor brand Take photos and videos for social media and other marketing needs Manage digital promotions and online content

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new systems Creative with an eye for design Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Able to work independently and take initiative Experience with social media, marketing, advertising, graphic design, or website management is preferred, but not required Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, or other digital marketing tools is a plus Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude PERKS Opportunity to work across multiple departments Variety in day-to-day responsibilities Dynamic, growing company environment Opportunity to contribute creative ideas and take ownership of projects Make a real impact in daily business operations and marketing Based out of Central MN | Apply Today!
