Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Benefits Eligible Join a Mission That Makes a Difference Jeanne Jugan Center is seeking an experienced Finance & Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily financial and business operations of our long-term care community. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys making an impact while supporting a mission-driven, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to serving the elderly.
What You'll Do:
Manage accounts payable and general ledger activities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Oversee banking, cash management, and reconciliations Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance Manage insurance, purchasing, and vendor relationships Support payroll and resident financial services as needed Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements Collaborate with leadership to ensure sound financial stewardship
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) Seven years of progressively responsible accounting or business office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with budgeting, accounts payable, banking, financial reporting, and reconciliations Healthcare or nonprofit accounting experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or long-term care regulations is a plus Strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Why Join Jeanne Jugan Center?
