We are seeking a hands-on Landscape/Snow Removal Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations and support continued growth. This is a mid-level management role within the company. You will work closely with ownership while leading field crews, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards. The right candidate enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and building a reliable team. This position is based in Montana. Candidates who are currently located in the region or have strong ties to the area are preferred. The Landscape/Snow Removal Operations Manager oversees daily landscape and turf care operations, crew leadership, scheduling, and quality control. This role combines people management, logistics, and horticultural knowledge to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The position requires working in all weather conditions with flexibility during peak seasons, including early mornings and extended hours when necessary. Primary Responsibilities Include but

Lead and manage daily landscape, turf care, snow removal, and ice management operations Supervise, train, and support field employees Build and adjust daily and weekly schedules to maximize efficiency Conduct job site quality checks and ensure client satisfaction Provide guidance on plant health, turf care practices, snow removal practices, and application timing Support development and enforcement of standard operating procedures and safety practices Track productivity and help improve operational performance Required Qualifications Two or more years of experience in landscape, turf, horticulture, or snow removal operations Strong working knowledge of plant health and turf care practices Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment and other machinery Experience leading field crews Ability to plan schedules, solve problems, and adapt quickly Professional communication skills with employees and clients Experience using scheduling software, CRM tools, or similar systems Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications Experience managing fertilizer and herbicide programs Knowledge of regional turf species and landscape best practices Experience assisting with training or process improvement Candidates who meet most, but not all, of the qualifications are encouraged to apply .
