Job Overview Blink Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated, results-driven Operations Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations throughout Eastern North Carolina. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations combining office responsibilities with field travel and client visits. The role oversees commercial cleaning accounts, special projects, quality assurance programs, employee development, and client satisfaction. This pivotal role will manage commercial cleaning accounts, lead W-2 employees and subcontractors, conduct inspections, coordinate projects, maintain client relationships, oversee staffing, scheduling, quality control, training, and operational performance throughout the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for process improvement, client satisfaction, and team development. Responsibilities Oversee commercial cleaning accounts in Eastern North Carolina Manage subcontractors and W-2 employees Conduct inspections and quality audits Manage client relationships Coordinate special projects Support recruiting, onboarding and training Monitor schedules, labor and performance metricsLead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. Manage project execution from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Supervise teams across various functions, fostering team development, leadership skills, and high employee engagement. Drive continuous process improvements using management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Maintain strong communication with executive-level teams to report on operational performance and strategic initiatives. Continuous communications with client contacts ensuring client satisfaction and setting clear expectations. Ensure superior customer service standards are upheld by implementing best practices in team management and operational procedures. Oversee sales strategies aligned with operational goals to maximize revenue opportunities in the Eastern North Carolina area. Experience 5+ years management experience commercial cleaning business Commercial cleaning or facilities cleaning experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to travel throughout Eastern NC Valid driver license Microsoft Office proficiency Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operations oversight.. Extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and team leadership, a plus. Supervising experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and managerial communication skills. Knowledge of management techniques and operational best practices to streamline workflows.
