What You'll Do Lead and manage administrative and installation teams Oversee production, job scheduling, and workload prioritization Order materials and supplies; verify order confirmations Resolve operational, production, and customer-service issues Hire and supervise employees as needed Analyze production data to improve efficiency and control costs Support sales targets and meet quotas while protecting profitability Handle additional duties as assigned to support company goals What We're Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and Adobe Strong computer skills and willingness to learn industry software Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Reliable, punctual, sales-oriented, and comfortable following up on quotes Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility Experience in glass, construction, or home improvement is a plus (training provided) What We Offer Competitive salary: $80K-$95K based on experience Health insurance Retirement plan Paid vacation Paid holidays
