Duties Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency. Oversee business operations, including process improvement initiatives and operational analysis to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to adapt to evolving market conditions and internal priorities. Drive business development management efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach. Implement operational excellence initiatives that promote best practices, standardization, and continuous process improvements. Oversee budget management, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget management. Supervise senior leadership teams across departments to ensure cohesive execution of strategic plans and operational objectives. Utilize data-driven decision-making tools to inform strategy adjustments, operational improvements, and performance metrics. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through verbal communication with executives, providing insights on operational performance and strategic recommendations. Lead project management efforts for large initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints while managing risk effectively. Experience Proven track record in senior leadership roles with extensive experience in operations management within a complex organization. Demonstrated success in implementing operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management. Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and program management. Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis. Supervising experience leading diverse teams at the executive level with a focus on fostering leadership development. Skilled in change management processes that support sustainable organizational transformation. Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engagement with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in data-driven decision making tools and methodologies that optimize business performance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
