Marshall's Sanitation Services has served Fallon and the surrounding communities for thirteen years. We're family-owned, about 18 employees strong, and our customers know us by name. This role reports to our Chief Operating Officer and works closely with our Chief Financial Officer, with no layers in between. Why We're Hiring We've grown to the point where our operations need a leader of their own. DOT compliance, safety, training, and day-to-day field coordination have outgrown what our executive team can manage directly. We're looking for someone to take that on, to become the person the team goes to, and to help us run consistently and safely as we grow. What You'd Own DOT and FMCSA compliance: driver qualification files, CDLs and medical certificates, drug and alcohol testing, audit readiness. Yours from day one.

Our safety program:

the annual calendar, safety meetings, OSHA recordkeeping, and incident investigation.

Regulatory compliance:

company permits, licenses, renewals, and inspections. First point of contact for the field and the office, absorbing what you can resolve, escalating what genuinely needs an executive decision. Fleet, maintenance, routing, and vendor oversight, working alongside our mechanic and schedulers. Strengthening and expanding our operational systems and procedures developed in phases, as a team effort, not on your own. What We're Looking For Someone who communicates well with everyone from a driver to an executive, and who builds trust and morale rather than just compliance files. Working knowledge of

DOT/FMCSA

regulations and OSHA workplace safety. Experience running operations in a service, transportation, construction, mining, environmental, or industrial setting or military experience running safety, maintenance, training, or compliance programs. Strong organizational skills and follow-through. If you say it will be handled, it gets handled. Willingness to learn our business before changing it. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What We Offer Pay:

$110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience, plus a 5-10% annual performance bonus tied to clearly defined goals.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. We don't believe in working people into the ground. We pay for responsibility and leadership, not for hours logged. Real authority, on a defined schedule — we've written down exactly what you decide on your own in your first 90 days, your first six months, and after that. You won't have to guess where the lines are.

Direct access to leadership:

you report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work daily with our executive team. No layers, no politics.
