This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient transportation of frac sand to wellsites by overseeing driver schedules, Hours of Service (HOS), staffing levels, and operational execution. Working closely with Dispatch, HR/Recruiting, Safety, and Operations leadership, this position drives driver performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all Appalachia fleet operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all Appalachia-based drivers on day and night shifts, and stay available after hours to support night operations and urgent needs.

Manage driver schedules, assignments, and shift coverage to meet customer demand while staying within DOT Hours of Service rules.

Monitor driver HOS and logs, and step in early on possible violations and reset needs.
