Domaine Divio is a boutique winery in Newberg specializing in high-end, Burgundian-style Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our estate and select vineyards in the Willamette Valley. We are looking for a part-time Hospitality Associate to join our team and contribute to the success of our tasting room and brand. This position requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday), with the potential for additional shifts on Fridays, occasional evenings, and high-traffic holidays as needed.

The ideal candidate is charismatic, personable, and passionate about wine, with a strong commitment to hospitality. This role is best suited for someone who identifies as a wine professional or is eager to deepen their knowledge and experience in the wine industry. Hospitality Associate Expectations:

Willamette ValleyDuties and Responsibilities:

Lead table-side tastings, ensuring a relaxed and informative experienceAssist with private tastings, special events, and offsite wine promotions as neededParticipate in ongoing wine education and trainingFoster relationships with industry professionals to build strong referral partnershipsMaintain the tasting room: stocking wine, cleaning and polishing glassware, setting up materials, and food prep for cheese/charcuterie offeringsAssist with the cleaning and organization of the tasting room space during each shiftProvide support to fellow teammates to continue promoting a collaborate working environment

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with peopleAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentMust be comfortable speaking to both small groups and larger crowdsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)OLCC permit and Food Handlers permit required by the first day of workAbility to work weekends, special events, and occasional holidaysMust be at least 21 years oldAbility to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Schedule & Compensation:
