POSITION SUMMARY
Elite Care and Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure that our administrative, staffing, client service, and operational processes run efficiently and effectively. The Director of Operations will work closely with the Administrator and management team to ensure operational goals are met, staff are properly supported, client needs are addressed, and company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities. Supervise and coordinate office, staffing, and support personnel. Monitor caregiver staffing, schedules, call-offs, coverage, and open shifts. Ensure timely response to client, caregiver, and staff concerns. Monitor new client intake, onboarding, and service coordination. Track staffing needs, client opportunities, and operational priorities. Ensure required documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time. Monitor operational compliance with company policies and applicable requirements. Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions. Develop and monitor procedures to improve efficiency and accountability. Review weekly reports, action items, and outstanding tasks. Coordinate with management regarding staffing, client services, payroll, and operational concerns. Monitor performance and productivity of assigned staff. Participate in staff meetings, training, audits, and quality improvement activities. Assist with regulatory reviews, corrective action plans, and compliance activities. Maintain professional communication with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and business partners. Prepare operational updates and recommendations for the Administrator/President. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, home care, staffing, or a related field preferred. Previous supervisory or management experience required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of office operations, staffing, scheduling, and documentation. Ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other business systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on operations leader who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing people and multiple priorities. The successful candidate should be able to identify issues before they become problems, follow through on outstanding tasks, hold team members accountable, and provide management with clear and timely updates. Experience in home care, home health, healthcare staffing, or a similar service-based organization is highly preferred.

$67,000.00 - $80,700.00 per year
