PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in the utility industry to find a driven Operations Services Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges that directly impact customers and business performance. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting critical utility operations processes, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient account management, and seamless customer service support. What You'll Do As an Operations Services Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Processing Consecutive Estimates (ZM20) terminations Conducting inactive flat rate sewer-only premise investigations Managing flat rate move-out BPEM processing (ZC79) Preparing and maintaining daily Consecutive Estimate reporting Reviewing operational data for accuracy and completeness Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account and service-related issues Delivering excellent customer support while maintaining efficiency and professionalism Required Qualifications Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent customer service and communication abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience in utility operations, customer account management, or administrative support Familiarity with reporting systems and data processing Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment Ready to Take the Next Step? Pay Details:
