Our tasting room is warm, approachable and welcoming. Whether someone knows a lot about wine or is simply looking to enjoy a glass with friends, our goal is to make every guest feel comfortable and at home. We're looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our tasting room team for part-time Friday and/or Saturday shifts. This position is available immediately. About the Role As a Tasting Room Associate, you'll help create the welcoming, personal experience we want every guest to have at Labriola Winery. You'll greet guests, serve wine and flights, help customers learn about our wines, assist with purchases and keep the tasting room looking its best. You do not need to be a wine expert. We're much more interested in finding someone who enjoys people, provides great hospitality and is eager to learn. We'll teach you about our wines and how we like to serve our guests. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service Pour and serve wine by the glass, tastings and wine flights Learn the Labriola wine lineup and help guests select wines based on their preferences Share basic information about our wines in a comfortable, approachable way Process wine and retail purchases using our point-of-sale system Assist with light food and charcuterie service Stock wine, glasses and tasting room supplies Keep the tasting room, bar and guest areas clean and organized Help prepare the tasting room for service and complete closing responsibilities Assist with winery events and busy tasting-room periods Work closely with the rest of the team to create a great guest experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with customers Dependable and punctual Hospitality-minded and attentive to guests Interested in wine and willing to learn Comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment Positive, respectful and team-oriented Willing to pitch in wherever needed At least 18 years old Previous wine experience is not required. Hospitality, restaurant, retail or customer-service experience can be helpful, but we're happy to teach the right person. Schedule This is a part-time position with Friday and Saturday shifts available. Candidates may work Friday, Saturday or both days depending on availability and scheduling needs.
