Part-Time Manager / Party & Operations Coordinator Turf Attack is looking for an energetic, dependable, and organized Part-Time Manager / Party & Operations Coordinator to help oversee our day-to-day operations and create an awesome experience for kids and families. This is a hands-on position. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the facility during their shifts, confidently communicate with customers, host great parties, and help keep the business organized and growing. Responsibilities Customer Service & Parties Host and oversee birthday parties, open play sessions, and special events Welcome customers and make sure families have a fun, safe, and positive experience Communicate with parents before and during parties Help with party setup, cleanup, and organization Handle customer questions and resolve minor issues professionally Scheduling & Administration Manage and organize party and event scheduling Respond to customer emails and inquiries Confirm upcoming parties and communicate important details with customers Keep customer and scheduling information organized Assist with basic day-to-day business administration Marketing & Sales Help create and send promotional emails Assist with social media content and local marketing Promote birthday parties, open play, memberships, and special events Help develop ideas to bring new customers into Turf Attack Follow up with customer inquiries and potential party bookings Facility & Inventory Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for customers Monitor and restock supplies, drinks, party materials, Nerf equipment, and other inventory Notify ownership when supplies or equipment need to be ordered or replaced Make sure equipment is properly organized and maintained Who We're Looking For The ideal person is responsible, outgoing, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. You should enjoy working with kids and families while also understanding that this is a business and customer experience matters. You should be someone who can see something that needs done and handle it without always needing to be asked.

Strong communication and people skills Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using email, scheduling systems, and social media Able to confidently lead birthday parties and groups of children Comfortable talking with parents and customers Willing to clean, organize, stock, and handle everyday facility tasks Creative mindset for marketing and promotions Ability to work independently and make basic decisions when ownership isn't present Previous customer service, management, hospitality, childcare, fitness, recreation, or event experience is a plus Schedule Part-Time Schedule will primarily revolve around parties, events, open-play hours, and administrative needs. Weekend availability is important , as weekends are a major part of our birthday party business. The Goal of This Position We want this person to become someone ownership can trust to run Turf Attack when we're not there. That means keeping parties running smoothly, customers happy, emails answered, the facility stocked and organized, and helping us continually find ways to improve and grow the business. Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
