Job Description

The Manager Legal Operations oversees legal administrative functions and coordination of documentation supporting attorneys and compliance activities. The role ensures records, filings, and legal documents are accurate and timely. It manages legal support personnel and contributes to effective legal operations. The position supports strong organizational compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee legal administrative support activities Manage preparation and organization of legal documents Maintain legal records and tracking systems Coordinate filings, deadlines, and documentation needs Support attorneys with research and case preparation Ensure compliance with legal processes and standards Guide legal support personnel Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Identify improvements to legal support procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years of progressively responsible directly related experience Demonstrated leadership experience, including experience leading people, teams, projects, or significant cross-functional initiatives. Prior formal supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation Information:

$93,830.00 - $117,290.00 (min. - mid.)
