Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations for transportation & logistics company to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills in managing business operations.Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business development plans
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Experience:
- Transportaion & Logistics Experience
- 3 years
- 3 years' experience with strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams of more than 5 employees
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and managing change effectively
