Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations for transportation & logistics company to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills in managing business operations.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business development plans
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Experience:
  • Transportaion & Logistics Experience
  • 3 years
  • 3 years' experience with strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams of more than 5 employees
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and managing change effectively
