Full-time | OnsiteSummaryWe are seeking a team-minded Oil Field Operations Supervisor to oversee drivers, trucks, dispatch, and daily field operations supporting drilling, completion, and production activities in the Eagle Ford Region. This is a hands-on supervisory role with responsibility for driver management, dispatch, safety, customer relations, and fleet/yard operations.

Required Qualifications3-5 years of supervisory experience; experience managing 10+ trucks is a plus.

Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement.

Eagle Ford Region and oil field service experience.

Vacuum truck experience.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and oil field safety practices preferred.

Understanding of drilling, completion, and production operations.

Strong communication and computer skills.

Reasonably Suspicion / Safety training preferred.

Customer contacts are a plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, hire, train, and coordinate drivers.

Manage driver hours, contacts, dispatch, and scheduling.

Assist with yard, shop, and fleet management.

Maintain well-site lists and review service tickets.

Coordinate weekly safety meetings and support DOT/safety compliance.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Review and approve weekly employee timesheets.

Drive company trucks, including end-dump and winch trucks, when needed to support operations or driver coverage.

Work with the Office Manager on day-to-day yard operations and cover dispatch when required.
