Job Description

About the Role As a Branch Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for the total success of our facility, overseeing everything from financial performance to team culture. You will drive operational excellence by mentoring staff, optimizing service workflows, and ensuring we deliver superior value to our fleet customers. Responsibilities Take full ownership of site-level P&L, revenue targets, and operational KPIs to ensure long-term profitability. Lead and develop a high-performing team of service managers and technicians through active coaching and mentorship. Oversee daily service order workflows and technician productivity to ensure timely, high-quality repairs. Act as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns, fostering long-term partnerships through transparent communication. Maintain rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance across all facility operations and field activities. Manage on-site assets, inventory, and vendor relationships to minimize downtime and maximize resource efficiency. Review billing accuracy and service documentation to ensure financial integrity and operational consistency. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience managing fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, or industrial service operations. Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving measurable site-level growth. Strong leadership background with experience supervising technical teams and service managers. Expertise in operational metrics, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders. Preferred Skills Background in heavy truck dealerships or logistics-focused maintenance environments. Proficiency in service management software and digital workflow tools. Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English. Experience with strategic production planning and resource scheduling.
