Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Operations Manager position include: 6-10 years of plumbing operations management experience. Manage field/service operations, projects, scheduling, dispatch, and customer relationships. Oversee 4 field employees and collaborate with the office manager. Lead residential and commercial plumbing work, primarily residential service and project-based projects. Ensure successful day-to-day plumbing operations oversight and crew leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Be comfortable with approximately 25% fieldwork, including occasional material deliveries. Strong communication and coordination skills to support clients and project execution.

Salary:

$125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
