Job Description

Operations Manager Dynamic Diesel and Bear Alignment Services | Snohomish Washington Lead the daily operation of a growing diesel repair shop. Dynamic Diesel is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to create structure, develop people, improve production, and make sure the shop delivers an excellent experience for customers and employees. This is an on-site leadership position with real responsibility for results and the authority needed to achieve them.
Salary:
$104,000 to $130,000 annually

What You Will Own:
Lead day-to-day shop operations and keep work moving efficiently from appointment through vehicle delivery. Set clear expectations for service advisors and technicians, coach performance, and follow through on accountability. Manage workflow, scheduling, dispatch, parts coordination, and communication between the front counter and the shop. Track production, efficiency, sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and other key operating measures; use the numbers to improve results. Build, document, and maintain standard operating procedures so employees know what good performance looks like. Train and develop employees, conduct performance conversations, and participate in hiring and staffing decisions. Resolve customer, vehicle, vendor, and team concerns calmly and promptly. Partner with ownership on priorities, report results honestly, and turn decisions into consistent action. What Success Looks Like The right manager will create a shop where: customers receive clear communication and dependable repairs; employees understand expectations, receive useful coaching, and are held accountable; the schedule, vehicle flow, and parts process support steady production; leadership decisions are carried out consistently; and the business meets its production and profitability goals without sacrificing quality or integrity.
