This role is responsible for processing customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring orders are accurately prepared and shipped. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Process and review customer orders to ensure accuracy before production. Create order batches to improve production efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve order issues when they arise. Provide support to the production team when packing orders. Communicate with clients via email regarding order updates and issues. Verify shipping documentation and ensure shipments match orders. Close shipped orders daily and maintain accurate records. Process returned products and ensure proper documentation. Print order labels and verify shipping information. Monitor order progress and assist with daily end-of-day reporting. Assist warehouse team with order-related tasks as needed Requirements 1-2 years of experience in order processing, warehouse, or logistics . Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs . Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
