In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining high standards of quality control. Duties Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely and effectively Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques, adhering to safety procedures Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and updates in inventory management systems Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against orders and documentation Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity before dispatch Follow safety protocols consistently while handling materials and operating equipment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and improve workflow efficiency Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations and replenishing inventory as needed Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics purposes and basic math skills for order calculations Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong understanding of safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) use in a warehouse environment Experience with warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate with team members across various warehouse functions If you are motivated by precision, safety-conscious practices, and efficient logistics operations, we encourage you to apply today.
