Job Description
We have a part-time opening for a dynamic individual to join the order fulfillment team of our small, family-owned wholesale pharmaceutical distribution company in North Liberty! We offer a very comfortable and positive work environment with the opportunity for professional and personal development within our small but established company. The responsibilities of the order fulfillment position include, but are not limited to: Packaging and processing orders for shipping Inventory replenishment and warehouse upkeep, including manually unloading shipments from semis and moving inventory and packing materials within the warehouse Telephone customer service (taking inbound calls and website chats from healthcare professionals and answering general product/order questions) The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally detail-oriented, able to multitask and comfortable working autonomously. In addition, computer proficiency and the ability to communicate professionally via telephone and email are essential. This is a part-time position that will require approximately 20-25 hours per week. Our normal hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screening prior to a final offer of employment.
