As one of the top needle felting companies in the US, we continue to grow, and are looking for a new order fulfillment specialist for immediate hire. No previous experience is required; we will provide on-site training. This position is primarily packing boxes and making sure our customers get what they ordered. Attention to detail is critical, and you must be able to comfortably lift packages up to 25 lbs (most are less than 5 lbs). We are seeking someone who is high energy, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right.

Hours are somewhat flexible. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with our standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the work space. Assist with other odd jobs as needed when order packing is complete. Receive and check-in inbound inventory Be the last quality control check of products during the fulfillment process Experience Previous experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work at a reasonably fast pace, while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality A super positive attitude, friendly, cooperative, and able to take directions and corrections with grace.
