We are a growing manufacturer and seller of ATV and UTV replacement parts and accessories located in Ramsey, Minnesota. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, and able to work efficiently with limited supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick ATV and UTV parts and accessories according to customer orders Verify item numbers, quantities, and product accuracy Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment Use web-based shipping programs to create and print shipping labels Prepare, label, and organize completed orders for shipment Use computers and warehouse systems to access and process order information Restock inventory from pick shelves daily Maintain accurate and organized inventory locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Break down cardboard boxes and prepare materials for recycling Assist with other shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as needed Required Qualifications Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently and independently Able to follow picking, packing, and shipping instructions accurately Ability to navigate Microsoft-based programs and web-based applications Ability to learn and use online shipping platforms for creating and printing labels Comfortable learning warehouse and order-processing software Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to reach overhead and below the waist as needed Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Preferred Experience Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is preferred but not required Forklift experience or certification is a plus Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, is a plus Schedule and Pay Full-time Day shift, Monday through Friday No evenings or weekends $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications In-person position in Ramsey, Minnesota 55303
